Hi voice team,

I configured on CME extension 4815 the option:

     call-forward busy 6800 -> VOICE MAIL EXTENSION

     call-forward noan 6800 timeout 10

I have a problem in my CME because when i calling from my extension 9072 (CUCM) to CME extension 4815 after ringing 4 times, 4815 dont forward to voice mail 6800, the extension 4815 still ringing (the connection gets stuck), but when i call from external number to 4815, the 4815 forward to 6800 normally.

From my extension 4815 i can digit to voice mal normally too.

Thanks,

PS: attached are the sh run from my CME router.

Hello Nadeem, all calls to CME works fine. The CME is connected through SIP Ttrunk to CUCM.

Hi Thiago,

Was checking your CME router configuration , as per configuration the inbound dial-peer from CUCM is 10 .You said your CME router is configured as sip trunk but dial-peer is not configured as SIP peer.

dial-peer voice 10 voip

incoming called-number .

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

no vad

What i think its matching the default dial-peer when you call from CUCM to CME , which is creating this problem. You can try this and let us know if that resolves your issue.

dial-peer voice 10 voip

incoming called-number .

session protocol sipv2

no vad

Hi Thiago.

Log captured seems incomplete. Please upload a full output of the debug to analyze better what is happening.

Thanks

Hi voice team,

The engineer Pablo Gonzales discovered that when the call hit Exchange, Exchange was requesting to moved temporarily to port 5065 on sip connection and however, GW(CME) was still sending the INVITE to exchange on port 5060.

So we issue a "no notify redirect ip2ip" on dial-peer 7 and this fix the issue. Now the calls are using port 5065 to Exchange and hitting Voicemail correctly.

Thanks,
