BAT Update of Owner ID

Is there a cleaner way to BAT update the owner id field on a certain group of devices other than downloading All Details? I'd like to be able to do it for a small set of 65 phones.

Hi Chris,

Could you please share the SQL query to update the User Owner ID. I have 10000 SCCP phones that I need to migrate to SIP and have issues to update the User Owner ID.

Do you want to set the same owner for all 65 phones or one different owner per phone?

There will be a different owner for each phone.

Any documented solution for this task?

As I see it, it will take 4 BAT jobs:

1. Export the phone details and modify the CSV to include Owner IDs

2. Run a BAT job to delete the exisiting phones

3. Run a BAT job to re-add the phones with Owner IDs (from step 1 above)

4. Run a BAT job to re-Associate the End Users to the Phones
