CUIMOC Multiple Issues -- MWI appears without VM -- Call Log not appearing

Hello,



++ Clients are using version 8.1(3)-3.12.17



++ Clients facing an issue where there is no Messages but VM light is being shown.



++ IMAP service was restarted on the affected cluster.



++ Clients also not able to see the phone // call logs in CUIMOC.






Need to confirm the details we can check in the Problem Report and the specific steps .

Is the CUCIMOC running in Deskphone mode or Softphone mode?

Was it working fine earlier?
