Guys,
What is the expetced rtp flow between phones in two different clusters connected via an ICT. Do rtp flow directlty between the phones as it does on a single cluster? Are on going calls preserved when the cucm service on one of the calls goes down?

Hi,
RTP would still flow between the endpoints ( IP phones ) through the gateways and switches as per the call flow and network topology. Call preservation is supported if ccm service is restarted on one of the servers. There is a recent bug which confirms the same about the expected behavior of an ICT call during a ccm service restart
