My question is this: 1602 indoor AP that are in remote buildings how do they take to their configurations?
do I have to do a particular configuration for the AP Indoor passes through the mesh network to download their configuration? if so, which?

If the MAP is not connected to the wired side the RAP is connected to, then your mesh is up.
Here is a doc... just search for ip forward protocol

The APs can join the WLC either using option 43, DNS or using broadcast forwarding. You can also stage these AP's locally at the same site as the WLC. This way they can get their image and know of the WLC so when you move them out to the remote site, they have the WLC info already.

Well first thing is first... Your not sure if the mesh is up? Do you see the RAP and MAPs on the WLC?
Broadcast forwarding is using an IP helper on the subnet the AP's are on pointing to the WLC management. Then globally on the ap subnet svi, you issue IP forward protocol UDP 5246 and IP forward protocol UDP 5247.
It's easier if you stage the AP's first.
