Hi,

I'm new with Cisco Prime Infrasctructure and need some help.

We are  getting the error message: "Couldnot enter ENABLE mode from User mode on device" in the archive configuration job for some devices.

The device's user used by PI to get the conf files (Configuration archive) must have conf terminal access?

Check below the Tacacs user configuration:

group = view {

default service = permit

   service = exec {

     priv-lvl = 15

     idletime = 5

   }

    cmd = exit {

    permit .*

    }

    cmd = configure {

    permit .*

    }

    cmd = copy {

    deny .*

    }

    cmd = show {

       permit "startup-config"

       permit "ip"

       permit "ver"

       permit "tech"

       permit "log"

       permit "int"

       permit "processes"

       permit "voice"

       permit "controllers"

       permit "dspfarm"

       permit "memory"

       permit "environment"

       permit "vlan"

       permit "arp"

       permit "run"

       deny .*

    }
