Try adding "max-ephones XX" where XX is the number of phones you want to register.

Edit: i didnt look closely enough, you already have that. DOH!

Hi Kudur,

Looking at the config you have provided I would begin by removing the "preference 5" portion of the max-dn line of config.  It looks like there are no specific alias matches that would need a higher preference than the max-dn line.

Thanks,
Tony

Hi Tonyperla,

I have removed the preference 5, even now it shows the same behaviour.

now it is :  "max-dn 90 dual-line"

What firmware are the phone(s) in question running?  Can you also get the phone to go back into SRST and from your gateway run "show ephone registered" and supply the output?  Thanks.

Thanks,
Tony

Hi,

Thank you all and thanks for your inputs.

I configured CME SRST, which is operational.

Hi Mohanraj,

Glad that by CME SRST your problem is fixed.

But if it's possible for you to test with "call-manager-fallback" SRST, then please check below things:-

1). Check the SRST version

2). Check the Phone firmware supported for that SRST version.

It seems that there is an issue with Phone firware for the SRST version you are using.
