I always say there are only paths to perfection but it can never be reached. One solution might fit perfectly for one customer while the other one might frown upon it.

UCCX 9 is perfectly capable of talking to an Oracle Database (please take a look at the compatibility matrix to ensure the versions are supported).

For a TTS, an external TTS provider (= server) is required. I have tested Nuance, with satisfactory results.

Do you have a specific requirement or plan we can take a look at?
