I am using PBR here i need to set the next hop. As per my understanding the next hop specified is 115.114.57.241. Then waht is the second ip address used for.

The second IP address is used if the first is not reachable.

Hello

FYI
the second next hop address will NOT be used unless you verify the availably in the PBR route-map

One a match is made in the route-map the router will continue to try and PBR to the first address even if that next hop is unreachable.

The following command validate those next hops.

Route-map xxx
set ip next-hop verify-availability
