Outbound calls drop when Calabrio recorder is down momentarily

Hi All,


We have a new 9.1 CUCM cluster with dual Calabrio servers accessed via a hunt list.  For some reason occasionally they both will send either a 503 or 301 simultaneously when a recording session for an outbound call is attempted - this happens very sporadically.  The caller hears one ring and then the entire call drops. 


I'm not asking about Calabrio on this forum, but what we are curious about is if this behavior - dropping the entire call rather than just the Calabrio leg - is normal for CUCM and why it would do that. 


Any information would be appreciated!
