1) can you check by connecting laptop to the same port for which u have connected IP Phone.

          if laptop gets Ip address then problem with the phone.


2)Try to connect different IP phone which is in use.

All is well!

Restarted the central switch where was DHCP. After that, no problem. What was the reason and did not understand.
