Manager can't intercept the call coming on Proxy line in IPMA

I am trying to setup IPMA on CUCM 9.1, however when there is a call coming on proxy line and still not picked up by Assistant and in Ringing state at that time if Manager tries to "intercept" the call is not working and the "intercept" softkey is grade out.

The CSS assigned to proxy line can see the manager's line as well. Softkey template is also assigned correctly.

Does anybody know what could be an issue and what should I check?

Does the manager's DN (the one in the Manager_PT) have a CSS which can access the IPMA (RP) partition?

3 partitions and 2 CSS are to be created

PT_everyone, PT_IPMA, PT_Manager


CSS_IPMA_Everyone: Should contain the PT_everyone and PT_IPMA

CSS_Manager_Everyone: Should contain the PT_everyone and PT_Manager


Remember the setup of CSS and PT should be as follows:

Assistant's proxy line--> PT: Everyone, CSS Manager-Everyone

IPMA CTI RP --> PT IPMA, CSS: Manager-Everyone

Manager's line --> PT: Manager, CSS IPMA-Everyone

Also, remember the Assistant should have the manager assigned in the end user configuration and the other way around.
