RV120W firware upgrade failed - no more communication

HI,

I tried to upgrade my Cisco RV120w to the last firmware version.

After 10 minutes I had to restart my router but since I can't connect to the web intarface.

I tried to reset it to the factory setting by using the button on the back but it did not work.

I can't see the LEDs blinking on the LAN connector when I'm connected on it

Is there a Cisco recovery tool for this model? If not is there any other way to connect to the router and flash it without the GUI?

Hi Cisco User,

Did you reset according to the instructions in the Quick Start Guide?

• If you are experiencing extreme problems with the Cisco RV120W and have

tried all other troubleshooting measures, press and hold in the RESET

button for 10 seconds. This restores the factory defaults and clear all of the

Cisco RV120W settings.

I usually recommend 12 seconds, no longer than 15. If that fails to reset the device, power it on while holding the reset and continue to hold it for about 45 seconds, then release. If it still won't boot, contact support for assistance:
