Hi Rasim,

With TC6, it is possible to capture screenshots from the Touch interface by entering the following URL:

http://<codec IP address>/web/translation.

Capturing screen shots from the Touch 8 is only supported on systems with a directly connected Touch panel: MX-series and EX-series endpoints or C40, C60 and C90 when using Ethernet Port 2.

Hi Rasim,

WIth the latest firmware releases (TC7.2.0) you can take screenshots of the touch panel from the web interface by going to Diagnostics > User Interface Sreenshots.  Or http://<endpoint>/web/screenshots.

The above /web/translation link no longer allows this functionality and is used to upload new languange translation files to the endpoint.
