Forwarding to Line2 CSS says "Forward" in the caller ID...

Hi,

 

We recently implemented the ability for our calls to the same number to rollover to the 2nd line on the phone...similar to http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice-unified-communications/u....  We are on Call Manager 9.

 

Seems to be working, but the caller ID when it goes to the 2nd line has the word, "Forward" in it.  I've seen implementations where the word "Forward" is not in the caller ID.
