Hello,

While installing the SocialMiner 9.0, i am facing an error which is pasted below:

"NTP clock correction failed, Verify the spelling or IP address of the external servers, that the NTP servers are NTPv4 and port is 123 is not blocked...."

While test the NTP server(s) the server(s) are accessible, for reference please see the attached screenshot.
