UCCX 9.x - Screen pop-up

Hello,

 

When we pickup a call using agent desktop, the agent screen pops up in front of any opened window on the screen. We are looking to change this behaviour so when call is picked using the agent, the agent doesn't pops up and cover the app that the client is using.

You can change the behaviour by adjusting it under the preferences in the CAD.
