Cisco Unity Express Immediate call transfer announcement/language issue

I configure the CUE AA custom script as working fine only with small issue. When some dial from outside to the FXO PSTN port Greeting works fine like " (Welcome to xxxx, dial your desired extension or 0 for assistance)" , after dialing any extension an annoucement plays "(Tranfer to 1002)". In this small announcement some digital are spoken in English and some in Arabic. As i am working in Saudi Arabia and preferred language is Arabic and i installed only Arabic language. I want to play all these digits in one language Arabic or Enlglish. If it is possible then please Suggest which option in GUI CUE i have to select.

Otherwise if not possible, then again suggest that how can i avoid this announcement at all. Mean after dialing the extension from external caller should direct to the phone immediately rather than playing transfer announcemnet "(Transfer to 1002)".
