I have a gateway where the name delivery is not working.  Looking at the q931 debug, the telco is sending the name.  However the debug looks different that our other gateways.  It is a 3945 with IOS 15.1 code.

From the problem gateway(Phone numbers have been changed to protect the guilty):

Mar 20 10:30:26.314: ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8  callref = 0x00F0
        Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A2
                Standard = CCITT
                Transfer Capability = Speech
                Transfer Mode = Circuit
                Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
        Channel ID i = 0xA98382
                Exclusive, Channel 2
        Display i = 'WIRELESS CALLER'
        Calling Party Number i = 0x2180, '1234567890'
                Plan:ISDN, Type:National
        Called Party Number i = 0xA1, '1234567890'
                Plan:ISDN, Type:National

I have the h225 display-ie commands in the gateway.   This was working on the Shoretel system before we moved it to a CUCM.  Is this something that I can fix, or is it a carrier isuue?
