I have a gateway where the name delivery is not working.  Looking at the q931 debug, the telco is sending the name.  However the debug looks different that our other gateways.  It is a 3945 with IOS 15.1 code.

I have the h225 display-ie commands in the gateway.   This was working on the Shoretel system before we moved it to a CUCM.  Is this something that I can fix, or is it a carrier isuue?
