Hi All,

I'm new to cisco ASDM firewall (7.1) and I'm facing ASDM behaviour I don't understand :

I limit acces from DMZ and as last rule of the DMZ configuration part, I add one to get mails when requests are denied.

I get mails such this one :

<160>:Mar 21 10:49:06 CEST: %ASA-session-0-106100: access-list DMZ_access_in denied tcp DMZ/xxx.220.86.38(443) -> outside/xxx.182.209.238(50792) hit-cnt 1 first hit [0x10e4af15, 0x0]

However xxx.220.86.38 is a web server. it accepts request to the port 443 (and 80) but I don't understand why requests are send (and denied) from the port 443 to the outside.

Can someone help me ?

Thanks in advance and I hope my english is not too bad !!

Bruno
