Hello!
I try to use Cisco MediaSense solution version 10.0.1 for call recording purpose
with Cisco UCM version 9.1.2. I have configured recorfing profile and apply him
to phone line, also I have appropriate Route pattern and SIP trunk from CUCM to
mediasense.
I can successfully record conversation if I call to Cisco Mediasense system number, but when I
try to record with Record button from Cisco IP phone I see error - "record failure".
