Preprovisioning Cisco SPA112

Please tell me how to create a generic configuration file for Cisco SPA112 spa112.cfg file that could upload it to any device for SPA112 for preprovisioning?
Command spc - xml xxx.xml - target aabbccdd1122 spa112.cfg
not true, because the file will only be available with the device MAC address aabbccdd1122.

Try this command: spa112-1-3-3-015-spc-win32-i386.exe --sample-xml preprovisioning_cfg.xml
spc: generated SPA112 sample configuration preprovisioning_cfg.xml

The file preprovisioning_cfg.xml can be modified with a text editor in order to configure only common or general parameters.
The file can be uploaded to a SPA via HTTP or TFTP server using one of these special urls:

preprovisioning_cfg.xml is shared through TFTP server
http://SPA_IP_ADDRESS/resync?tftp://TFTP_SERVER/preprovisioning_cfg.xml

preprovisioning_cfg.xml is shared through HTTP server
http://SPA_IP_ADDRESS/resync?http://HTTP_SERVER/preprovisioning_cfg.xml
