Routing with F2E module in VDC

Hello,

I have question regarding Nexus 7k and routing within F2E in VDC. Suppose I have Nexus 7k chassi with M1 and F2e modules. From there only 12 F2E ports are placed in one VDC, and all 12 ports are from the same F2E module.

Question is, from that VDC ports can I still to L3 SVI, HSRP, Dynamic Routing and all L3 features?

Thank you,

If your F2E ports you want to do L3 are in one VDC, are there any M1 ports in the same VDC?  IF the answer is yes, then the M1 card will do the Layer 3 function and F2E will "downgrade" to Layer 2 function.

No all ports in that VDC are from F2E, What will happen in that case ?
