SPA941 Issue

Hi

 

I have just added another SPA941 to a deployment of a SPA9K.

The phone has registered and provisioned fine and shows up in the PBX status, with link working to get to phone configuration.

The issue I am having is that there is no dial tone present on teh phone, yet you are able to dial other stations and when the phone is called, there is no ring tone, yet the lights / buttons / LCD indicate an incoming call correctly.

Is there something I have missed in my addition of the phone?  Am UK based and have not changed any  of the localisation settings, or am I  looking at a DOA phone?
