i will till you what is the problem
our customer wants a new 17 IP phones 6921 we asking about the existed current version of call manager they answered that it is 8.6, so, we offered 17 basic licenses to those IP Phones. they sent the purchase order with a special discount. we have been realized that the existed call manager is 8.0 not 8.6, so does the basic license will works on this version 8.0, either can we convert the basic license to 3 DLUs for 6921 IP phone, as i know the enhanced license is equal to 6 DLUs
