I've successfully implemented the FAC (forced authorization code) feature in CUCME 8.6 but I'm unable to find an appropriate .au file that can be used for prompting the user to enter their credentials. I have scoured the support community and Internet and have seen that some folks have used the IVR prompts enter_pin.au or enter_account.au but I can't seem to find them anywhere to download. Anyone out there have any ideas or can share these files in the correct format?
