We have a meetingplace 8.5/webex setup with webex controlled profiles. We have SSO setup and when a new user logs into the webex site the first time, their profile is created automatically. However, when the new user is created, they are given the PRO session type as default (of which we only have 40 licenses), and when those 40 are consumed, no new users can be created, instead we get the "Auto Account Creation failed (31)" error. I guess I need to set the default license to be used for new users, but I cannot find where to set this. Can anyone out there point me in the right direction?
