Separate WorkFlows to CAD Agents

Hi 
 

how can we create separate workflows to CAD Agents, because there are different Agents who need different Wrapup data. one Wrapup data should not be visible to other group.

please read the Cisco Desktop Administrator User Guide, Release 9.0. It has all the details about configuring Work Flows with separate object sets.
