set time frame for outbound dialing per extension

I have a request to set a specific extension to only allow outbound/external dialing during a certain time frame. For instance, Ext 1234 can only call externally bettween 10am-4pm Mon-Fri. All other extensions would not have this restriction. 

We are using what appears to be a UC500 or 520 device with CUE 3.2 installed. Where do I need to look to configure the above scenario?

You can try to configure a telephony-service -  after-hours block and after-hour exempt.
