Hello,

I Have an XML file hosted on a local TFTP server here is the file structure:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>
<Title>Fanvil</Title>
<Prompt>Infomineo</Prompt>
<DirectoryEntry>
<Name>Ahmed LAHLOU</Name>
<Telephone>804</Telephone>
<Mobile>0670404009</Mobile>
<Other></Other>
<Ring>0</Ring>
<Group>Employees</Group>
</DirectoryEntry>

</CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>

and here is the URL that I put in the XML

XML Directory Service URL: http://192.168.1.226/InfomineoCisco.xml

but I keep getting Request failed

Please advise.

Of course. <Name> and <Telephone> are only approved tags for DirectoryEntry object.

Remove unknown tags - i wish it will start to work then.

Mark thread as answered if it will solve your problem. It will help others to found solutions.
