UC520 List of supported phone types

Hi There,

It seems that I'm doing something wrong, but i dont know what is it!.

Im using CCA and UC520w, when i go to User/phones and then add, than phone type, i see around 20 types of phones, even though it should be way more, because when i go to manage phone loads i see way more phones there!, (I also deleted and added all phone loads from the latest software pack, but that did not fix the problem)

What im trying to do is, to add CP-7936 on UC520, but as i said i cant find it on "phone type" even though the phone load already exists on flash card.

any idea would be highly appreciated.

Hello filan0011,

You may find the supported phones with CCA(3.2.3) in the release notes on the following link:

7936 is not listed there but you may add it in the CLI.
