MOC click to call 9971 Error - Cannot connect to the phone system

Hi 

We tried to deploy one 9971 handset in current CUCM 7.1.5.10000-12 and CUPS  7.0.6.10000-17 for Click to Call but it did not work and we got error - Cannot connect to the phone system on MOC.

We have went through all configuration wise in CUCM and CUPS and also desktop control troubleshooter in CUPS shows no error. 

We even end up static map MAC under user account on OCS server

I am really running out of resource. Any help will appreciated.

Hi,

you should run OCSlogger (I think it's available in the OCS Resource Kit) and run that on the Front End server you're logged in to.  That will show you what the MOC client/Lync client and see what is/isn't sent.  If its not being sent, then there's a problem with the static route or on the OCS/Lync side.  

If not, you can get CTI gateway/SIP proxy traces from CUP to see what's going on there.
