VoIP Phone Message button Issues

We have an issue with the voice mail button on our Cisco Voip phones dialing  for two rings before the voice mail picks up (All models 7945, 7965, 7975) . Is this a known issue in CUCM or Unity Version 8.5? or is this a symptom of a bigger issue?

I wouldn't say this is a known issue by any means.  We are currently on 9.1 for CUCM and Unity Connection, but previously were on 8.5.  I don't recall this at all with any of our phones.  I would check your configuration in CUCM (Advanced Features>Voice Mail; ensure css and pt also) as well as Unity if you haven't already.
