How to modify the language of HCS-CUCDM portal after login?

Dear all,

My goal is based on HCS:

The language of the portal of HCS-CUCDM needs to be modified into traditional Chinese.

Details:

I could login the portal of CUCDM by a pod(cluster) administrator account, but current language after login is in simplified Chinese...The language is needed to be modified into traditional language.

Is it necessary to buy some license to modify language? And how to modify ?

A locale file fill need to be uploaded to CUCDM in order to add support for traditional Chinese
