Hello,
Some days ago McAfee antivirus was installed in a Windows 2003 Server in which IPCC 7.0 is running. After the installation, the application went down so we took out the antivirus, restarted the server and then the IPCC went up.
Windows administration team is asking me which folders should not be checked by the antivirus, so it wont mess up with the IPCC.
Do you know where should I look for that information?
Thanks for your help!

Hi,
With IPCC 7.0 you should be using Mcafee versions 8.0 / 8.0i / 8.5i or 8.7i as per the following link
http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_compatibility/matrix/crscomtx.pdf
There is no need to exclude any folders if you are using any of the above as these are tested and supported.
