This is an Informational message and is not a Service Impacting. There is a BUG filled for this issue and would be fixed which will stop this message to pop up.
Agreed with previous comment, this message is for internal purpose and this doesn't effect on traffic, it is harmless and there is a bug filed by Cisco to suppress this harmless error messages in syslog.
