UCCX 8.5 chat log

Hi There,

For uccx7, I know we can have access to the client PC to find out the chat log.

I just wondering if it is possible to have all the chat logs saved in a server with UCCX 8.5.

If Cisco does not provide the function, is there any third party software can achieve the goal?

The same is true in UCCX 8.5. You can only find the chat files on the client's PC.

You could script up a script (bat file, etc) that would run on the client's PC and send the chat logs to a centralized server on a daily basis.
