Our helpdesk guys are setup with the "Standard CCM Phone Administration" group within Call Manager but they are unable to delete remote destination profiles. They have no problems with MACds for phones and extensions but no ability to delete a remote destination profile. Thoughts?

You need to add a new role for this under User Management->User Settings->Role->Add New
Select Cisco CallManager Administration
Scroll down to RemoteDestination and check Read&Update. Also select Read&Update for RemoteDestinationTemplate.
You'll then need to go under User Management->User Settings->Access Control Groups and copy the "Standard CCM Phone Administration" group.
You can then use the Related Links in the top right corner to "Assign Role to Access Control Group"
You will then add your new role to the group and assign your users to this access control group as well.
