Error when generating Live Data Report from CUIC in CUCX 10

Hello Guys,

I have a problem generating Live Reports on CUIC (UCCX 10 deployment).

I receive the following error:

"Error updating the filter information. XMPP Messaging infrastructure error"

All the services are IN SERVICE

Any ideas??

Hello guys,

Just keep in mind that you need to configure DNS before upgrading from 8.5 and below to version 10.

If you did not, you will need to call TAC.

Hello,

you will need to open a TAC. The cisco engineer will access the system with root rights to modify a file with the right dns entries.
