No upload script after change IP

Hi,

 

I had to change the IP address and default gateway to CUCM 10.0 and CCX 10.0. After doing that, I tried to upload a new script, but it said me that it was no possible. If I uploaded the same script at .zip, it worked properly. I've already checked that all service are running and I've restarted several times the services and the CCX server. I've been able to uploaded a new prompt and I can call to the triggers. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

We have seen same issue with Prompt in UCCX 10 . I have open BUG:-CSCuo59488 to address the issue with prompt . Can you please send me your script i will try to upload it in my lab .

<B>Symptom:</B>
Error while uploading the prompt in UCCX 10.x(Error Occurs while uploading the file).

<B>Conditions:</B>
UCCX 10.x

<B>Workaround:</B>
ZIP the .wav file and upload it back.
The same file uploads successfully in 9.x

<B>Further Problem Description:</B>
//MADM logs shows us that user is trying to upload ZIP file that's the reason its failed to upload. but actually we are uploading unziped(normal)  file//

Hi Leire,

 

I have uploaded this script in all version of UCCX and its works fine for .(I have not changed the IP address). If you have changed the IP address of UCCX server then i guess few internal files are

not updated properly . And if its HA then might be replication and repository datastore is down.

I would request you to open TAC case so that we can try to find root cause of the issue.
