CallManager 8.5, Assigning 800 numbers to extensions

I have CallManager 8.5, I need to assign an 800 number to a IP extension. This extension needs to be able to answer when the 800 number is called, and if busy or no answer, the call needs to be forwarded to that extension voicemail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's really basic, if you want just that phone, map whatever DN your telco delivers from the 800 number to it, and set CFB and CFNA to VM.

New to CallManager. How do I map the DN to the extension. I know how to accomplish the CFB and CFNA. This use to be in place but got removed when the number was reassigned.

Find out what your telco is delivering from that 800 number to you, how many digits and what number, then just configure the proper inbound CSS in the GW, and configure that DN in the phone.
