Changing agent last name in Cisco Web Interaction Manager

Hi,

I am new to Cisco Web Interaction Manager and have a requirement to change the last name which gets displayed to end customers when the chat is initiated. I have changed the agent last name in Agent Explorer in ICM as well as changed it in Admin console of Web Interaction Manager(WIM). But agent last name is still referring to the old name in the chats and then it forces him to logout and so had to revert back the changes done in ICM and WIM. Please advise what are the steps to be followed to change the agent name.
