We added VOIP to one our of offices and now some people cannot get out to the internet. The ASA has 10 host it can use. I'm guessing we need to add more host to it. How do we add more licenses?

The ASA 5505 has either the base (10 user), 50 user or unlimited user license.

To upgrade from 10 to 50 users, you need to purchase part number ASA5505-SW-10-50=.

That will get you a Product Activation Key (PAK) that you can then use in the licensing portal along with your unit's serial number to get an activation key unique to your device. You enter the activation key on the unit and voila you are licensed for 50 users.
