7821 access to Service URL Missed Calls not working

Hello,

In the following setup:

CUCM v10.0.1.11900-2

IP Phone 7821 FW: sip78xx.10-1-1-9

I've configured a Service URL to call the Missed Calls, but when I press the button it shows me just blank and the information is not displayed.

I've tried as well with Placed Calls and the result is the same.

I've tried with Coorporate Directory and this works.

Is there any limitation/bug regarding this behavior?

I've upgraded the 7821 firmware to the latest version: sip78xx.10-1-1SR1-4, but the result is the same.

we've upgraded to cmterm-78xx.10-1-1SR2-1.cop.sgn, but the result is the same.

Hi ruimartins, have you resolve this issue? In version 79XX was a bug CSCtq18230 I dont know is the same happend with 78XX serie or not!!
