Problem with ESW540 - 24

Hi, 

 

 switch ESW540 on ethernet port present green led on the right of the port although there is no cable plug in.

Hi Acaz, this means the port is either hung or it is bad. You can try to clear the port by shutting it down and bringing it back up. You can also try to reboot or factory default the switch. If none of those clear it then the port is malfunctioning.

on other port work link , the port is  broken :(
