UCCX shell scripting

I was trying to develop one shell script inside UCCX

In that shells script using crontab I wanted to direct the output of "show uccx cad license usage" in one of the files using >>

I found the location where we have CLi scripts :/usr/local/platform/cli_scripts

but if I pass the scripts or use it my shells script it gives permission denied even if I have given all the permissions. Same happens if I exit it and try to execute it from the command shell.

[[email protected] ~]# vim first.sh
echo "the user is $USER"
/opt/cisco/install/bin/xproduct.sh>>out

[[email protected] ~]# bash first.sh
the user is root
first.sh: line 2: /opt/cisco/install/bin/xproduct.sh: Permission denied
