Busy Trigger Tone Volume...

Hello all,

 

Does anyone know if the volume of the tone that gets played to them when a second call tries to come through can be altered in volume?

 

I know there are options in the call manager to alter how the phones react (i.e. flash only, ring, etc...) but we are finding the volume on some phone types are louder then others....

 

Any help much appreciated.

Hi,

There is no option to alter the volume for call waiting on cucm. You can alter the MOH volume through IP Voice Media streaming app service parameters but not for call waiting.
