how can i integrate 2pcs to internal router an providing ISP to that router?

2pc are connected with layer2 and layer2 connected with layer3. now another Router(wan) is connected with layer3. Now i want that pcs and Router(wan) both are communicate and providing internet. now anther Router(isp) is connected with previous Router(wan). so at the end name is created is WAN and ISP.

plz help me to design this topology.
