I have a question about the condition when partner need to RMA. Does anybody have good solution for this.
1, what if one of HDD HW fails, Need to RMA whole be6k Box? or can swap only failed HDD using a specific PID?
2, what if the Fan fail, can change the only FAN part?
3, what if Default Power module fail, can partner swap? or need to RMA the whole Be6K BOX?
Depends on this, the number of support stock which the partner need to have in Japan might change.
